"My wife and I have been living in The Townes at Southpark for over a year now. It’s been a wonderful experience and it exceeded our expectations. We reviewed many local temporary living options, including rental homes and apartments. We found this location to be perfect for our needs while building another home over the past 16 months. The management company was great to work with. The building we rented was 3 stories with a large balcony and high quality interior. Perfect location to walk in the morning, close to top restaurants and shopping. We could not have asked for a better townhome option."

Well located at the intersection of Park and Fairview Road, the units are modern and well designed with ample space. Very convenient to food shopping, gym and the Southpark Mall, it carries a high walkability rating of >70. The little sugar creek trail can be accessed from multiple points nearby and is convenient for walking and biking. Services are excellent under the guidance of Katie the Office Manager and Mel the Maintenance Manager. Response to maintenance needs are prompt and issues are quickly resolved.
